A Bold New Start.
The Energies of June
June 2026 arrives as a sacred threshold — it’s a season of awakenings, initiations, and soul remembrance. The Universe calls us to take deeper breaths, soften our grip, and walk towards what truly ignites joy, passion, and aliveness within us. This is a time of profound inner reckoning, when we are prompted to ask ourselves: “Where am I giving my energy away?” and “What would it look like to fully embody my power?” Collectively and individually, we are invited to stand at the edge of the unknown in our courage.
Major Themes this Month
June carries the energy of courage, liberation, and becoming. It is a reminder that the soul already knows the path forward; we need only to surrender, open, and allow ourselves to rise.
Tap into the Wisdom of the Heart
June is inviting you to reconnect with the sacred intelligence within. Listen less to the noise of the world and more to the quiet wisdom of the heart. Beneath the distractions, expectations, and external pressure lives a deep inner-knowing — one that gently guides you back toward alignment with your authentic truth and your greater purpose. This month asks you to trust your intuition, honor your emotional truth, and allow your heart to become the compass leading you forward.
Courage Despite Fear
This month reminds you that courage is not the absence of fear, but the willingness to move forward alongside it. June brings opportunities to step beyond old limitations, take brave leaps, and trust yourself in unfamiliar territory. Even when uncertainty arises, your soul is being called to choose expansion over comfort. The path ahead may not be fully visible, but every act of courage strengthens your connection to your own power, resilience, and becoming.
Get Clear on Your Boundaries
June shines a light on where your energy is being depleted and where your spirit is asking for greater protection and discernment. This is a powerful time to reflect on what no longer deserves access to your time, attention, or mindspace. Boundaries are not walls; they are sacred acts of self-respect and self-honoring. As you become clearer about your limits, you create more space for peace, authenticity, and relationships that support your growth and well-being.

Activating the Heart Chakra
The heart chakra (Anahata), located at the center of the chest, is the energy center of giving and receiving love. An open heart allows us to form deeper connections, nurture healthy relationships, and experience a sense of inner peace and emotional balance. When this energy center becomes blocked, we may struggle with trust, fear of vulnerability, or difficulty expressing love. The month of June is calling us to prioritize and practice a self-care routine; when we are able to fully love and embrace ourselves from within, we can extend our love outward to others.

Mudra of the Month
Anjali Mudra
Anjali Mudra, or prayer hands, is a beautiful gesture to open and activate the heart chakra. Placing hands at the center of the chest, lift the heart up to meet thumbs and breathe deeply. This sacred Mudra works to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain and connects us to our center so we can come back to a sense of wholeness within.

Pranayama (breathwork) for the Heart Chakra
Place palms on top of the chest, soften your gaze and begin to direct your awareness to the center of your heart. Begin by breathing in deeply for the count of 4, hold your breath at the top for a count of 7, and exhale completely out of the mouth for a count of 8. Continue to follow the 4-7-8 breath. As you breathe deeply, visualize in your mind’s eye an emerald green light emanating from your heart space, expanding with each inhale to open the heart.

Herbs to Support you this Month

Lavender
Basil
Rose
Lavender is a beautiful herb for the month of June because it reminds us to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves during a season of growth and transition. As summer begins and life becomes fuller and more active, lavender offers calming, heart-centered energy that helps soothe stress, quiet the mind, and bring balance during times of change. Traditionally associated with peace, healing, love, and protection, lavender encourages us to stay grounded while still embracing new beginnings. Its gentle scent invites clarity, rest, and a return to what truly matters.
Spend some time this month with Basil to connect to more abundance, joy, protection, and growth this season. As summer begins to bloom, basil symbolizes fresh opportunities, vitality, and the flourishing of intentions planted earlier in the year. Traditionally used in kitchen witchcraft and prosperity magic, basil is believed to attract good fortune, positive energy, love, and success while helping clear away negativity. Its bright, uplifting nature makes it the perfect herb for celebrating the warmth, creativity, and expansive energy of the summer season.
Rose gently encourages self-love, compassion, and emotional openness during a season of growth and transformation. Associated with the heart, rose reminds us to soften as we look within, embrace our imperfections, and reconnect with our inner beauty and self-worth. Its soothing, loving energy promotes acceptance, healing, and deeper emotional balance, helping us move through times of change with grace rather than self-judgment. In June’s warm and blooming energy, rose invites us to return to the heart and nurture a more loving relationship with ourselves and others.

Summer Solstice Celebration
Litha (June 20–22) is a beautiful time of year when we can come together in celebration of the sun at its peak, the abundance of nature, and the joy, warmth, and magic of midsummer. For your Litha celebration, make a flower crown out of flowers and herbs. Dance in the sunlight, and celebrate abundance, beauty, and the energy of midsummer.
Materials: floral wire or craft wire, tape, scissors, ribbon or twine.
Directions:
- Measure your crown base. Wrap floral wire loosely around your head where you want the crown to sit.
- Gather your herbs & flowers (fresh or dried). Thank mother earth for her offerings and share your intentions with the plants.
- Trim leaves and flowers and group together. Group bundles together (e.g. 1 large flower + 2 accent flowers) to create your aesthetic for your floral crown.
- Secure herbal bundles. Wrap floral tape tightly around the stems to secure flowers and herbs together.
- Place and wrap herbal bundles to wire crown. Placing the bundle against the wire crown base, use use floral tape or thin wire to wrap the stems tightly onto the base. Wrap several times so it feels secure.
- Layer & fill-in gaps with greenery. Once the main flowers are attached, fill in any gaps using leaves, more herbs, and tiny blossoms. Use floral tape to secure hidden spots.
- Add ribbon or twine & take a moment to marvel at your creation. As you admire your flower crown, infuse it with your positive intentions and wear it to your Litha celebration.
