Reiki

Our bodies are energetic in nature; its vibration has a magnetic pulse. This bio-magnetic field provides an accurate indication of the current state of the body. When our energy bodies become stuck or blocked, it can manifest physically though illness, injury, or pain/physical discomfort. A Reiki practitioner can help remove these blockages to promote healing.

Similar to how our energy bodies can become stuck, our mental and emotional bodies can become stagnant and blocked by unprocessed dense emotions, feelings and negative thought patterns. Reiki can assist in moving through feelings and thoughts tied to fear, guilt, shame and self-judgement while calming the central nervous system to promote overall wellbeing.

Intuition is something we all have, but do not necessarily acknowledge. Using Reiki to calm the nervous system and focus the mind, we are able to sharpen our internal signals. Because Reiki enhances your focus, you can use that increase awareness to on anything you wish to have.

At birth, we have certain stored behavioral traits, fears, illnesses and beliefs from our ancestors in addition to memories from past lives. Reiki can help to balance the body-mind and the many influences from the past that are influencing it.
